🌿 Refund & Return Policy

At Potted & Co., we’re all about keeping things green, simple, and happy — and that includes your experience with us. We get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan. So here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and the occasional oopsie.

🌱For Plant Products

We take the utmost care in packing your leafy legends, but due to their living nature, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

However, if your plant arrived looking worse than your Monday morning coffee, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a photo so we can assess and make it right.

We're all about happy plants and happy people. We will offer a refund or replacement if: Your plant arrived damaged or dead (send us pics within 24 hours).

You received the wrong plant (as much as we love a surprise, we know you might not).

🏺 For Pots & Accessories

Changed your mind about a pot or plant, pal? No worries — we accept returns on non-living products (like pots, tools, and accessories) within 14 days of delivery, provided: The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition. You cover return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus any shipping fees) to your original payment method.

💳 Refunds (if approved)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item or approving a plant claim. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, check with your bank or payment provider first — then contact us if it’s still MIA.

🚫 What’s not covered

Change of mind on plants (they’re sensitive souls and don’t travel well twice).Damage caused after delivery.Incorrect care resulting in plant decline (don’t worry, we have care guides to help!).

📸 How to make a claim

Shoot us an email at sales@pottedand.co with: Your order number, clear photos of the issue. A brief description of what went wrongWe’ll get back to you within 2 business days with a solution.
