Epipremnum aureum ‘Shangri La’ is a unique trailing indoor plant with tightly curled, crinkled foliage that gives a textured, sculptural look. Still as easy-care as classic Devil’s Ivy, this variety brings quirky character to shelves, hanging planters, and totem poles in Australian homes.

Care

  • Water: Allow the top few centimetres of soil to dry out between watering. Water roughly every 1–2 weeks and avoid constantly wet soil.

  • Fertilise: Feed every 6–8 weeks in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser diluted to half strength.
  • Soil Type: Free-draining indoor potting mix with added perlite for airflow and quick drainage.
  • Maintenance: Low — trim wandering vines to shape and encourage a fuller plant.

Shipping

  • To give your plants the best possible journey, any live plant orders placed after 12pm Monday will ship the following week, so they spend the least amount of time in transit. Live plants are carefully packed and typically dispatched on Wednesdays and Thursdays to avoid weekend delays.
  • Fulfilment time frames are approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking via Australia Post so you can follow your order every step of the way.
  • Due to Australian bio-security regulations, we’re unable to ship live plants to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania. Non-plant items can still be shipped Australia-wide.
  • Pre-order items are dispatched once all items in your order are ready. Estimated lead times will always be displayed on the product page.

Returns
  • Live plants are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your plant arrives damaged, dead, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Where eligible, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Plants cannot be returned.
  • Pots, tools & accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery for change of mind, provided they’re unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Faulty items are eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Pre-orders can only be cancelled before allocation or dispatch.
